Meet Sophie Markos, our Growth Coordinator at That One Inspector! Sophie is the powerhouse behind our marketing, agent relations, and event planning, making sure everything runs smoothly and our agents feel supported.
Born and raised in Middle Tennessee real estate, Sophie has a deep passion for the industry that shines through in everything she does. When she's not busy driving our growth, she’s enjoying life as a wife, a proud Christian, and a devoted dog mom to two rescue pups.
Sophie’s love for real estate is matched only by her love for fishing and cheering on the UT Vols. Trust us, she’s the biggest Vols football fan you’ll ever meet!
Isabel Marcos
Meet Isabel Marcos, the heart of our operations at That One Inspector! Isabel is the friendly voice on the other end of the line when you call, and she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. We couldn’t do what we do without her incredible support!
When Isabel isn’t making sure our team has everything they need, she’s spending quality time with her family. She loves cooking and baking with her kids, sharing delicious meals, and making memories. Isabel also has a passion for travel—whether it’s hitting the beach for some fun in the sun or escaping to the mountains for a little peace and tranquility.
Josh Sumbler

Josh brings a strong work ethic and attention to detail to every inspection, qualities we know are rooted in his military background. We’re incredibly grateful for his service and for the dedication he shows our clients every day.
When Josh isn’t ensuring homes are in tip-top shape, you’ll find him spending quality time with his family, cheering on the Vols, or casting a line for some catfish.
CJ Wyatt
Meet CJ Wyatt, one of our valued home inspectors! CJ has been in the real estate industry since 2017, starting out as a Loan Officer. Between his previous experience in real estate and thorough inspections taught to him by skills from his time in the military, he brings a lot of value to the team.
When he's not busy inspecting homes, CJ enjoys spending quality time with his wife and five kids at Kentucky Lake, making the most of the great outdoors.
Monty Fowler
Meet Monty Fowler, one of our super-star home inspectors! With many years of experience under his belt, Monty is an expert home inspector who knows the ins and outs of the business. He is as thorough and knowledgeable as they come! Those qualities compared with his un-matched personability, make him an incredibly valuable member of our team!
Originally from Georgia, Monty loves spending his free time with his wife and family, in the scenic views of his hometown, especially riding Razors together.
Ashley Funke
Meet Ashley Funke, the incredible co-owner of That One Inspector! Ashley wears many hats and excels in every role she takes on. From enhancing the agent experience to assisting with home inspections and managing administrative tasks, she truly is our utility player.
As Chase’s wife and a supermom of three, Ashley balances her professional and personal life with grace. In her free time, she loves to dive into a good book and spend quality moments with family and friends.
Chase Funke
Meet Chase Funke, the co-owner and heart behind That One Inspector! Chase started the company in 2019 with a vision to provide top-notch home inspection services, and he's proud of how far we've come.
A true family man, Chase is a loving husband and father to three wonderful kids. His wife joined him as co-owner a couple of years ago, making it a true family business.
When he's not busy inspecting homes, Chase is a LEGO enthusiast, always building something amazing with his kids.
