That One Inspector has the best electronic inspection reports system. You get same fay reports. They are reasonably priced compared to other inspection companies.

Chase was really helpful and thorough with our house inspection. We arrived about half way through his inspection and he took the time to show us what his concerns were as well as including everything he mentioned being on his report! He answered all of our questions professionally and without hesitation. I highly recommend his services!

They got me in within the same week of calling which was a huge relief. I meant the owner himself and he did my inspection. He spoke very highly of his crew. He seems very picky when hiring which I like because that means we are only getting the best people for the job.He was very thorough and very friendly. I have worked with another homs inspector in the past and it was not a pleasant experience. So for me to say that I will never use anyone else for a home or pest inspection other than That One Inspector is a HUGE deal.The price is based off sqft. So, very reasonable especially when considering the level of detail they go into when inspecting the home. I feel very confident in my purchase decision thanks to this company.The documents were easy to follow and had pictures to show what the text was referring to. Which, I loved because I am a visual learner.Thank you for all your help! I can't tell you how much I appreciate how diligent you were with the inspection. ❤️

Chase and his associate, Areal, arrived early, were very personable and cordial with all parties involved. They did not leave anything out! Very thorough. Any repairs that needed to be done were delivered to the client in a way not to scare them from going ahead with the purchase, but as to inform them if it was something they needed to take care of right away or next year. They were also good about pointing our the better things, like the quality of the windows that were recently installed.

I highly recommend That One Inspector for any home inspection. It's so easy to book and pay online. Chase came right on time and was very thorough and informative. He was friendly and efficient and sent the full report that evening. The report is very user friendly. I can download a PDF of the repairs recommended and sort it how I like it. I had a great experience working with Chase! He was knowledgeable and thorough. I've worked with several home inspectors in the past, and Chase definitely knows what he's talking about. He took the time to walk me through the house, pointing out various issues, and answered all my questions. The report itself was laid out well and had accompanying photos that I could show to the contractors. Great experience and I would hire him again.

Fantastic experience working with Chase. He was extremely thorough, communicative, and professional throughout the process. Also, he offered a lot of extra services in-house, so we were able to get multiple types of inspections done quickly. Chase came out to do an inspection for us on a property that I was looking to purchase. This was by far the most thorough and most professional home inspection I’ve had. The report was available quickly and was very detailed with pictures and video, along with recommendations of which type of service provider we needed to contact.
